With profound and unique insights it fully reflects the deep concern of Chinese and CEE scholars over this cross-regional cooperation as well as their active exploration of this area.

 

【主编简介】

 

Dr. Yang Jiemian is the former President of Shanghai Institutes for International Studies(SIIS). Currently he is the Chairman of SIS Academic Affairs Council and a counsellor to Shanghai Municipal Peoples Government. Dr. Yang also serves on the boards of China National Association for International Studies, the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, the Chinese Association of American Studies, Shanghai Association for International Studies, and many other organizations. He has published many books and papers on international relations and American foreign policies. His many honors include Shanghai Outstanding Talent Award and several awards in social sciences.

 

Dr. Zarko Obradovic served as the minister of Education Science and Technological Development of Serbia from2008 to 2013. Currently he is a Member of Parliament and the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Security Studies of the University of Belgrade. Besides the issues on geopolitics and international relations, he also tackles the issues related to the position and rights of minorities in Balkan countries and other issues relevant to the political system and international position of Serbia. He is the author of several monographs and articles in scientific journals
