朱武汉编*的《人际关系管理模式的跨文化语用 研究--基于中英大学校园电子邮件的语料》聚焦于信 息时代工作场所(大学校园)学生与老师之间的学术请 求电子邮件开展问卷调查,收集真实可靠的语料,综 合关系管理(rapport management)和关系操作 (relational work)等话语礼貌理论研究的*新进展 ,来构建一个可以全面分析和评估话语在各个层面的 关系管理策略的理论和应用框架。全书从“泛文化” “小文化”以及中介语、时代性(后现代背景下的个 人观)和具体语境(跨文化语境、电子邮件媒介、师生 权力关系等)等多视角,研究和谐关系管理的语用策 略,探讨这些语用表征后面的社会心理因素。本书理 论联系实际,可读性强,对促进跨文化交际、汉语的 对外传播以及语际语用学和英语教学具有理论和实践 意义,有助于推动跨文化语用学的发展。
